RE: CONDENSER WATER SHUTDOWN

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We wish to inform you that on Monday, August 28th, 2023 from 9:00AM to 2:00PM there will be a condenser riser shutdown. The following apartments and HVAC units will be affected:

D apartments – south facing HVAC units

J apartments – south facing HVAC units

C apartments – Bedroom HVAC unit

We kindly ask that all affected HVAC units be turned off or left on “standby”
