Dear Residents:

The building is experiencing a mixing issue with the hot and cold water. The issue is a result of a thermal bulb in the mixing valve and a bad shower body.

The team worked throughout the entire weekend to manually balance the water.

The parts to make the repairs have been ordered. Until the repair is completed, you may have to wait for a few minutes for hot water or move you shower handle further to the hot setting. 

If you are experiencing a problem, please let us know so we can address it as soon as possible.
