RE: METAL REFINISHING IN THE LOBBY

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

On (Thursday evening ) going into Friday August 21st, 2026, from Midnight until 1:00am, Signature Metal co. will be in the lobby to refinish all the bronze trim and the marquee. They will be spraying lacquer for one hour from midnight until 1:00am. During this time there will be a protective plastic barrier placed in the lobby closing off the elevator banks, as well as blowers to prevent fumes from affecting the apartment hallways. Therefore, we kindly ask that during that hour all residents please use the 53rd street service entrance and the service elevator to avoid any exposure to fumes. Once the refinish is complete we will remove the plastic and put the elevators back in service at approximately 1:00 am. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call the management office or the concierge desk. Thank you..

Sincerely,

Management Office
