Due to the on going elevator renovation project, the elevator mechanics will need to access the car #1 elevator shaft in order to remove cable. The work will have to be done from the main lobby of our building. This was not anticipated as it is normally done from the sub basement under the elevator car. Due to some technical issues this was unfortunately not possible. Please note that access to the other elevator cars will not be affected. The work area will be sectioned off and protected allowing access to cars 2 and 3 for normal use. The work should take approximately a day and a half. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be advised that effective Monday, January 8, 2024, the Fitness Membership renewal is due. Please fill out the Fitness Center Agreement form and include the check addressed to Museum Tower Condominium. If you would like it added to your common charges account, please notify the office. The membership is $350.00 per person for the Unit owners and for Rental tenants $1,050 per person..

Please leave your agreement and check at the Management office during regular working hours, Monday-Friday.

For all members who use a Personal Trainer, please keep in mind that certificate of insurance, signed agreement, and release forms are required.

We also wish to remind all members that the use of the Fitness Center is restricted to the residents of Museum Tower ONLY who are properly registered with the office. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the Fitness Center.

The test will begin at 7:00AM and last approximately 30 minutes. During the testing time ALL ELEVATORS will be out of service. Netflix Feature Update

Dear Valued Precor Customer, Starting on August 21, 2023 Netflix® will no longer support any device that leverages the Android 4 operating system, including Precor P82 and P62 consoles. We recognize Netflix is an appealing feature for many of our customers, and we are disappointed that we will no longer be able to offer this service. We are proactively removing the Netflix tile from all connected fitness consoles by August 25, 2023 – you will not need to take action, as this will happen remotely over our network. In the meantime, we will continue to support a number of other software features such as Run TV™, asset management and EGYM, to name a few. Thank you again for your partnership with Precor, and we apologize for this change in service.
